My Story
I am a portrait photographer in southern NJ, specializing in outdoor photoshoots and lifestyle indoor photoshoots.
I started taking photos when I was twelve, never dreaming I would one day do so professionally. In my life, I have been a number of things other than a photographer. I feel however, that these things have strengthened me as a photographer and artist.
So why choose me as your photographer?
I am also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant in the hospital setting, which means I handle newborns, including tiny premature babies in the NICU setting. What this means for you is, whether you wish a Fresh 48 session right during your hospital stay or a family newborn lifestyle session once you get home, I have years of experience safely handling newborns. Working in this setting means I also adore Maternity photo sessions.
I am also a wife and mother of three, which means I understand the importance of family photos. Our kids grow so quickly, don’t they? I am passionate about creating authentic family photos to be cherished for generations to come.
I am also a writer and reader of teen fiction. Deep down inside, there will be a part of me that is always seventeen. Which means, senior photography is one of my most favorite types of sessions. I can do in-home senior yearbook photos and/or outdoor senior photoshoots. I also have a senior spokesmodel program which starts junior year so look out for that.
Remember those books I read and write? Well, those almost all contain a romantic element because I’ve been a hopeless romantic ever since reading O. Henry’s Gift of the Magi in grade school. Which means I ADORE engagement photo sessions. It is my goal to get both of you to relax during your session to allow your love to shine through every single photo.
